Welcome to my sewing blog.
If you’re wondering who I am, I’m Amanda, a.k.a Mandaray. I have a fondness for green tea, LOLCats, and doing my own thing. I’ve always wanted to make costumes and pretty clothing, so to that end, I’ve recently taken up the lofty art of sewing, hoping to one day turn it into a business. This blog exists to help me keep my thoughts together, and also to share some of the things I learn as I go along. Since I’m teaching myself how to do this, I figure maybe my thoughts and experiences can help out anyone else who’s on the same road, and it also opens up an easy way for me to get advice and help from others. For now, I am the ultimate beginner, utterly clueless in the face of this strange new hobby. Feel free to comment, ask questions, offer advice, or simply giggle at the cute LOLCat. I know I do.
